TTFIT Workouts 4/19/21 – 4/23/21

Monday, April 19th – AMRAP in 23 minutes:  200 meter run, 23 DB push press, 23 sit-ups, 200 meter run, 23 hand release push-ups, 23 box jumps/step-ups

Tuesday, April 20th – With 25 minutes on the clock, complete a 1500/1200 meter row buy-in, then AMRAP in remaining time of: 10 goblet squats, 15 KB swings, 20 walking lunges, 25 hollow rocks

Wednesday, April 21st – AMRAP in 15 minutes:  20/15 calorie bike, 20 alternating DB snatch, 50 jump rope. Rest 2 minutes. AMRAP in 10 minutes: 15/10 calorie bike, 10 alternating DB snatch, 25 jump rope

Thursday, April 22nd – EMOM x 20 (5 rounds): Min 1- 100 meter sprint, Min 2- 10 burpees, Min 3- :30s plank hold, Min 4- 20 sit-ups

Friday, April 23rd – AMRAP in 21 minutes: 21 DB deadlifts, 15 wall balls, 9 pull-ups/ring rows. E 1:30MOM complete 10 mountain climbers
