Workout of the Day:


“Cell Block”

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

20-15-10 reps of:  Wall balls

Weighted med ball sit-ups

Directly into, 20-15-10 reps of:

Med ball cleans

Med ball Russian twists


-No med ball?  Use a single DB and perform DB thrusters and DB hang squat cleans.  Hold the DB at chest level during weighted sit-ups and weighted Russian twists. If you move through entire workout, start back at the top and work until the clock hits 10:00.  Score is total reps.
