Challenge of the Day:  Go all day without any soda, alcohol, or refined sugar.

Strength:  Strict press 4 x 6 (across) – E2MOM
Strength II:  Deadlift – 5 sets of 5 (15 minutes on the clock for this portion)
5 @ 65% of 1RM DL
5 @ 70% of 1RM DL
5 @ 75% of 1RM DL
Sets 4 and 5 – Build to a heavy set of 5 repetitions.  This is not a max set of 5. 
Cash out: 
2 giant sets:
16 front rack reverse lunges @ 35% of 1RM front squat
18 kettlebell swings
20 weighted AbMat sit-ups
-Rest 2:00 between sets
