Workout of the Day:


“Loner”

Five round for time of:

10 DB hang cleans ( w/ one DB – 5 each arm)

25 ft walking lunge (w/ one DB)

15 box jumps/step-ups

25 ft walking lunge (w/ one DB)

10 leg raises

-Rest 1 minute between rounds


-Score is total time including rest.  DB lunges are athlete’s choice on hold.  Only one DB for all DB movements.
