Gymnastics skill work:  Athletes should pick one of the following options:
EMOM x 6: 
Advanced:  1 T2Ring + 1 MU + 1 dip
Intermediate:  1 T2B + 1 pull-up + 1 CTB pull-up
Beginner:  1 hanging knee raise + 1 kip swing + 1 pull-up attempt
