Make sure to congratulate Coach Dins on her dominate performance this last weekend at The Fittest Games in Austin!  This huge competition began last fall with an online qualifier to determine which athletes in each division were invited to compete.  The Masters were tested with the same weights/movements as the Pro Division.  Dins got 1st on WOD 1 and remained there all weekend!  She dominated the Masters 35-39 division and finished the weekend on top of the podium!  We are so proud of her!

Workout of the Day:
“CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.4/13.3”
AMRAP in 12 minutes:
150 wall balls (20lb to 10ft/14lb to 9ft)
90 double unders
30 muscle-ups
Cash out:  Tabata weighted sit-ups (holding a plate 15/10) and Tabata hand release push-ups.  Alternating between both – 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest for eight rounds of each (8 minutes total)
