Workout of the Day:
“TTS 6 Year Anniversary WOD”
AMRAP in 6 minutes:
1 rope climb
5 DB hang clean & jerks (each arm) (50/35)
15 box jumps (24/20)
-Rest 4 minutes.
AMRAP in 6 minutes:
1 power clean (205/135)
5 bar facing burpees
15 AbMat sit-ups
-Rest 4 minutes.
AMRAP in 6 minutes:
1 bar MU
5 alternating DB snatch (50/35)
15 overhead walking lunges w/ a DB (50/35)
– Rest 4 minutes.
AMRAP in 6 minutes:
1 – 100 meter sprint
5 calorie row
15 KB swings (55/35)
-This will be performed in a team of four, with one person starting at each AMRAP.  All four team members will complete all four AMRAPs on their own.  Each team will need two DBs, one box, one BB, one AbMat, one plate for lunges, one rower, and one KB.  This should allow for plenty of equipment for a large class.  Team score is the combined total of all four team members’ rounds and reps.
