Strength/gymnastics conditioning:  Bench press/pull-ups
EMOM x 10:
Odd minute – 3 bench press (climbing)
Even minute – Max reps pull-ups in 40 seconds
Running work:
400–200–400–200–400 (one minute rest between each)
-Compare to 6/14/18, 6/23/17, 9/2/16, 3/16/16, and 12/2/15
