Even minute – Max reps pull-ups in 40 seconds

“Death By Assault Bike & Sit-ups”
Minute 1 – 2/1 Assault bike calories + 2 sit-ups
Minute 2 – 4/2 Assault bike calories + 4 sit-ups
Minute 3 – 6/3 Assault bike calories + 6 sit-ups
…and so on.
