On the 1:30 x 5 sets: 

 2 snatch drops

2 tall snatches


Set 1:  Empty barbell, Set 2:  35% of 1RM snatch, Sets 3-5:  45-55% of 1RM snatch
 
Snatch Technique B)On the 2:00 x 5 sets:

1 low hang power snatch

1 power snatch

1 low hang squat snatch

1 squat snatch


Set 1:  66% of 1RM snatch, Set 2:  69% of 1RM snatch, Sets 3-5:  72% of 1RM snatch

Workout of the Day:

“Lightheaded”

4 rounds of:

1 minute of burpees

1 minute of GHD sit-ups

Rest 1 minute
