AMRAP in 30 minutes:
In teams of 3:
800 meter run (together) one person holds a medball (20/14)
60 OH walking lunges with one (50/35) DB – Each teammate does 20
400 meter farmer’s carry (together) with one person carrying DBs (50/35)
30 single arm hang clean & jerks (50/35) – Each teammate does 10 – 5 each arm
