Workout of the Day:

“Shuttle Runs and Burpees”

EMOM x 20:

Min 1 – 2 shuttle runs

Min 2 – 2 burpees

Min 3 – 4 shuttle runs

Min 4 – 4 burpees

-Increase each round with two reps.  If you are unable to increase, maintain the reps you are doing or back down to previous round and finish the EMOM holding that number each minute.  One shuttle run = 25 ft.


Cash out: 15 minute recovery bike or row

-On the 0:00, 5:00, 10:00, and 15:00 (4 sets):  

5 strict toes to bar

10 GHD sit-ups (or 20 AbMat sit-ups)

15 banded good mornings
