Strength:  Back squat 4 x 7 (Across) E2MOM
Aim for the weight we used on Week 2, on the second 5×5 across.

Thus far, the progression has been as follows:
Week 1 – 5×5
Week 2 – 5×5
Week 3 – 4×7
Week 4 – 4×7

Workout of the Day:
“Gambit”
AMRAP in 16 minutes:
1 muscle-up (+1 each round)
2 thrusters 95/65 (+2 each round)
10 double unders (+10 each round)
-Sub for MUs is jumping MUs or MU progressions.
