In an effort to play our role in the slow down of COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily close our doors effective today, Wednesday, March 18th.

We will be open today during regular class times (except we will not have a noon class).  We wanted all of you to have an opportunity to pick up gym bags, jump ropes, etc.  Additionally, we will have a member check-out opportunity for dumbbells, kettlebells, AbMats, and med balls.

Today’s WOD and all WODs during our closure will be programmed with body weight movements and/or minimal equipment needs.   We will have these posted on Sugar WOD, our TTS website blog, and our CFTTS FB page.

Since this is a fluid situation that seems to change by the hour, we will re-evaluate our closure this Sunday, March 22nd.  However, it is very likely we will need to remain closed through the end of the month and possibly into early April. We do plan to assess the situation every few days and will reopen at the earliest possible opportunity.

Our gym and our community are very important to us.  This is the hardest decision we have had to make since opening five years ago.  We hope you respect our decision to put everyone’s health and safety above business needs and the desire to remain open.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Stay safe, friends!
