Workout of the Day:


“Incarcerated” 

Ascending ladder for 5 minutes:

2 strict handstand push-ups

2 shuttle sprints (10 meters each)

4 strict handstand push-ups

4 shuttle sprints… continue to add 2 reps to each movement.

-Rest 2 minutes.

Ascending ladder for 5 minutes:

2 kipping handstand push-ups

2 shuttle sprints (10 meters each)

4 kipping handstand push-ups

4 shuttle sprints…continue to add 2 reps to each movement.


-Awesome subs needed?  Add AbMats or some equipment to make range of motion smaller for handstand push-ups.  Not able to kick up against a wall in a handstand? Not a worry!…sub dumbbell strict press for the strict HSPU and sub dumbbell push press for the kipping HSPU.  Have a rower and not wanting to run?  Sub calories for shuttles…2 cals, 4 cals, etc.
