Workout of the Day:

“Crowbar Hotel”

400 meter run, then

30-20-10 reps of:

Box jumps/step-ups

DB deadlifts (with 2 DBs)

KB swings (with 1 KB or DB)

Then, 400 meter run

-Athletes will complete two 400 meter runs during this workout…one to start it and one to finish.  The middle portion should be completed as a triplet.  Athletes will perform 30 of each movement, then 20, and finally 10 reps of each prior to running the second 400 to finish the WOD.
