Clean drills

1 pausing clean deadlift (Pause 2 seconds at the knee + 2 seconds at the jumping position)

1 tempo clean pull (3 second controlled pull to the knees + accelerate past knees)

1 clean pull (Normal clean pull with no tempo)


Conditioning:

EMOM x 8:

Odd minute:  10 TTB + max reps KB swings (55/35)

Even minute:  Rest
