Workout of the Day:

“The Murph Hangover”

Choose two of the following and perform 100/75 calories on each:
Option A – Bike and row

Option B – Ski and row

Option C – Bike and ski


Every 3 minutes, you will perform 20 sit-ups and then switch to the other machine.  So on the 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, etc…perform 20 sit-ups and then continue until calories are completed for both.  Time cap for this workout will be 21 minutes.
