Strength/Gymnastics Work:  EMOM x 10 (5 rounds):
Odd minutes:  2 pausing overhead squats @ 70% of 1 RM snatch
Even minutes:  2-5 ring MUs or MU transitions
Workout of the Day:
“Giddy Up”
5 rounds:
3 squat cleans (225/135)
2 rope climbs
5 x 5 shuttle sprints (must touch with hand at each turn)
*Rest two minutes between rounds.
