Take 4:00 to build to a heavy set of 5
Take 4:00 to build to a heavy set of 3
Take 4:00 to build to a heavy single
Rest 5 minutes, then conditioning work:
EMOM x 12:
Minute 1 – 10 Romanian Deadlifts (35% of today’s heavy single)
Minute 2 – 10-20 GHD sit-ups or 25-30 weighted Abmat sit-ups
Minute 3 – 30-50 double unders
