0:00 – 2 reps @ 70% of 1RM FS
2:00 – 2 reps @ 75% of 1RM FS
4:00 – 1 rep @ 80% of 1RM FS
6:00 – 1 rep @ 85% of 1RM FS
8:00 – 1 rep @ 90% of 1RM FS
-Take until 15:00 on the clock and back down the weight with 1-3 attempts at a 2-rep FS.
