On the 2:30 x 5 sets: 5 reps @ 75%

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

5 double unders

3 deadlifts (205/135)

10 double unders

 3 deadlifts

15 double unders

3 deadlifts

20 double unders

*Keep adding 5 double unders until you get to 50.  If you get there, start going back down to 5 double unders. RX for double unders is unbroken sets.
