Workout of the Day:


5 rounds:

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

4 DB clean and jerks

8 DB hop overs

4 DB thrusters

8 DB hop overs

-Rest 1 minute

-Total workout time should be 19 minutes.  Pick up where you left off in previous AMRAP.  Score is total rounds and reps through all 15 of the working minutes.  Use two DBs for work and hop over a single DB.  If you only have one DB or KB, sub one arm on the C&J and thrusters.
