Strength:  Take 15 minutes to determine a 1RM shoulder press
then, on the 18:00:
Workout of the Day:
“Firing on All Cylinders”
In three minutes, sprint 400 meters and then AMRAP in remaining time of push presses (95/65).
-Rest three minutes.
Repeat for a total of three rounds.
