Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 bar facing burpees
30 overhead squats (120/90)
10 muscle-ups
Cash out:
2 giant sets:
10 DB box step-ups
20 GHD sit-ups
30 banded good mornings
40 banded pull aparts
-Rest 2:00 between each round
