Strength: Back squat – Build to a heavy set of 3 reps. (15 minutes)
This is going to set a baseline of what to aim for next week. This should be a challenging, heavy 3 reps, but not close to a max. Execute with great technique here – set a feeler for next week. This is a deload week for our squats and we’ll start a new micro-cycle next week.
