Three rounds:  

Run 400 meters, rest 1 minute, run 200 meters, rest 30 seconds, run 100 meters. 

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.   


-Compare to 1/8/20, 9/26/18 and 3/28/17.

200 meter run

12 burpees

1 rope climb
