**Due to the BTG fundraiser, we will not have the following classes this weekend:  Friday at 5pm, Saturday Olympic Lifting, or Saturday 9am.  Stop by the gym between 10-1 to support Bixby Schools AND to try the “202” workout!

Aim for the weight we used on Week 1, on the first 5×5 across.
