4 back squats


-Barbell is loaded at 67% of 1RM front squat for all repetitions.

Min 1 – 40 meter sled – 20 down and 20 back

Min 2 – 8 front rack barbell lunges

 Min 3 – 3 hang squat cleans

Min 4 – 3 burpees + 100 meter run

Min 5 – Rest
