Part A) 
Double unders + pistols E3MOM x 4:
In one minute, complete 30 double unders, then max reps pistols (alternating legs)
Rest 2 minutes.  Repeat 3 more times. 
(Red bracket)
or
Double unders + modified pistols E3MOM x 4:
In one minute, complete 60 single unders, then max reps modified pistols (alternating legs)  
Rest 2 minutes.  Repeat 3 more times. 
(Blue bracket)
Part B) 
Barbell push-ups + deadlifts EMOM x 4:
Every minute on the minute, complete 12/8 barbell push-ups.  With remaining time, complete max rep deadlifts (225/155 red bracket) and (185/125 blue bracket).  
Part C) 
For time:  Max hang from the pull-up bar
