Strength:  Deadlift

With 14:00 on the clock, complete 4 sets of 5 deadlifts

-Between each set complete 12 unweighted walking lunges and 12 GHD sit-ups


Cardio cash out (athlete’s choice): 16 minutes of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off at one of the following:

-Shuttle sprints (10 meters) for reps

-Row for calories

-Bike for calories

-Ski for calories
