Strength/skill:  EMOM x 10:  Odd – 5 bench press (athlete’s choice on weight) Even – 10/7 ring dips (if proficient at ring dips, athlete should try to do as many strict as possible)

“Quick Sand”
Alternating OTM x 8 (4 rounds):
Even minutes – 22-20-18-16 DB snatches (50/35)
Odd minutes – Max burpee box jump overs (24/20)
